Description: Campus Club is famous for being a social club where “Strangers Become Friends”, a group for men and women of all ages, to play indoor games (like bridge and mah jongg among others), outdoor games (particularly croquet and lawn bowling), off-season social potlucks, and Tuesday programs featuring speakers with a wide variety of expertise. Reaching out to our local neighbors and in keeping with our motto, Campus Club collects money for the Manna Food bank during the season.

How to join: Best way to join is to come to the Campus Club meetings on Tuesdays at 7:30PM, though if you see lawn bowling or croquet games going on, you can flag someone there who will be happy to shepherd you into the club.

Meeting schedule & location: Regular meetings are Tuesdays at 7:30pm in the Campus Club building behind the post office. Games are scheduled during the week and dates for that are available in the Bay View Program.

Fees: $15 annually, or, for the optimistic among us, a lifetime membership is $150

Description: Woman’s Council is a welcoming and caring group of women who work to sustain and enhance Bay View programming, activities, and facilities. Woman’s Council also contributes to the surrounding community through it’s scholarship and charitable grants. All programs are open to the public.

Meeting schedule & location: Tuesday afternoons at 1:30 pm during the Bay View Summer Season. Meetings are at the Woman’s Council Building and include educational programs and refreshments. Members and guests, including men, are welcome.

Fees: $10 per year for membership to both Woman’s Council and Morning Council.

Other information: The Woman’s Council has 5 graciously decorated bedrooms available to rent in our historic Woman’s Council Building for women who are visiting Bay View. Description: The Bay View Racquet Club assists the Tennis Director & the Recreation Director in developing tennis and pickle ball programming. The BVRC provides input on issues of interest to the users of the tennis and pickle ball facilities such as equipment needs and repairs, event scheduling, usage fees, staffing suggestions, and promotional ideas. It helps raise money for the racquet programs through donations and other fundraising efforts. The BVRC provides support for tournaments, such as drinks, snacks, and volunteers and also hosts events such as mixers and other social activities.
