Everyone is welcome to watch and make Sushi yourself. This “hands-on” class will explain the components and endless variation possibilities. Chef will also demonstrate the popular Carrot/Ginger salad dressing and Fried Rice.

Instructor Todd Tonova, Ph.D., is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and has been a professor for almost 30 years at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Currently Bay View’s chef at Crist Hall, Tonova has also worked as a chef at camps in Maine and Wisconsin Dells, and has served as a personal chef to two Baltimore Orioles players.
