It’s a Ravioli Party!
A Ravioli party is a crowd pleaser any time of the year… we will use fresh pasta, a cheese filling is the norm, but we will add mushrooms and pesto to this classic. Bon appetit!

Instructor Todd Tonova, Ph.D., is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and has been a professor for almost 30 years at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Currently Bay View’s chef at Crist Hall, Tonova has also worked as a chef at camps in Maine and Wisconsin Dells, and has served as a personal chef to two Baltimore Orioles players.
