Bon Appétit! is a 25-minute, one-act comic opera that recreates a televised cooking lesson by Julia Child. It features a mezzo-soprano baking a chocolate cake while singing, accompanied by wind quintet and piano, led by Casey Robards. Bonus: You get to eat afterwards!
