Come watch a demonstration on how to make old-fashioned pie crust using quality ingredients.  After that, you will practice rolling out the pie crust, and you will make and bake your own, yummy, mini fruit pies.  Registration fee includes a $10 fee for ingredients.

Instructor:  Suzie Cartwright.  Suzie’s parents bought their first of three BV cottages over 50 years ago and she has loved spending her summer in BV ever since.  She has owned Suzie’s Pies for over 25 years and still enjoys making and teaching others the art of making handmade pies.
