In class, make your choice of three marinades: for chicken, pork or beef.  Add to that two side dishes, a salad, dessert and–voila! Dinner will be, quite literally, “In the Bag!”  Once home, you’ll provide the meat to marinate and grill. Set the table, and you’ll be good to go!

This class will meet in Loud Hall in Room 13 and Room 14 Kitchen
