Class: Yoga for Active Aging
Build and maintain the strength, mobility and balance you need to stay active as you age. We will focus on good posture and functional movement for the things we do every day: getting down on the floor, lifting heavy objects, reaching for things in high places, and keeping up with grandchildren!
About the Instructor: Chris Howell is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and YogAlign instructor. She has a certificate in Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors from Duke University’s Integrative Health Center.
