Class: International 4-Course Meal
This class will be a 4-course meal featuring an appetizer, chicken picatta or pomodoro, farro with fennel and feta, roasted broccoli, and a puff pastry dessert.
Instructor Maria Nicholson has been a science teacher for 40 years. She has always loved cooking and experimenting. She likes to make cooking fun and also tries to offer alternate versions of her recipes.
