Will you be hosting overnight guests, or friends for a breakfast feast? Save time and effort by making breakfasts ahead!  We will discuss modifications for many food sensitivities/allergies: gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, nuts and more.  Recipes may include blueberry. Please note: there is no Religion and Life lecture scheduled this day, so this class does not pose a conflict.

Instructor:  Cindy Sullivan, MPH, RD., CHES.  Cindy is a registered dietitian who helps people cook delicious food for multiple food sensitivities.  Make-ahead breakfasts help her family eat well no matter what!
