
Low-Sugar “Jam” Session – Session 1
Hands-on! Make, can, and take home two tasty low-sugar jams made with mostly local fruit. Learn some tricks and gain confidence to do this at home. Last class includes BV apple jam. Four sessions offered; different recipes each class.
Bring $10, a dish towel, and an apron to class.
Instructor: Karin Harrison. Karin learned to make jam with her grandmother in Bay View. She is an experienced and creative modern jam-maker and food preserver.
