Instructor: Chef Sarah McDonnell. Chef Sarah McDonnell owns Petoskey’s Parkside Deli and the Little Bay Groumet catering company. Chef Sarah spent 20 years training and “cheffing” in Chicago before moving back to her hometown, Petoskey, in 2019.
