
Antipasto Party with Lasagna
This is near and dear to so many cocktail parties… separate or together. Meats, cheeses, and vegetables, this really pleases every taste. We will make both types of lasagna with ideas to change it up, now and then.
Instructor: Todd Tonova. Todd Tonova, Ph.D., is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and has been a professor for almost 30 years at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Currently Bay View’s chef at Crist Hall, Tonova has also worked as a chef at camps in Maine and Wisconsin Dells, and has served as a personal chef to two Baltimore Orioles players.
