Class: Bay View Reading Circle
Now in its 27th year, the Bay View Reading Circle is known for its lively discussion of non-fiction books relevant to current ethical, religious, political, philosophical or social concerns. Members of the group take turns facilitating the discussions, and the group welcomes diverse thoughtful opinions. Preparation and regular participation are encouraged. This year, the group will discuss Lessons of History by Will and Ariel Durant (week #1) and Democracy: A Case Study by David Moss (weeks #2 – 10). Please bring your own copies of these books to class.
