Cost: $95 Non-Member / $85 Member
Yoga at your own pace. Class will consist of warm up, postures (asanas), vinyasa (flowing movements), and pranayama (breathing), and a period of savasana (rest). Choose from 7 sessions or 14. This class is designed to bring you home to your own body, breath, and mind. Yellow Brick Road yoga...if you will.
Alison has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She holds a CMA in Laban Movement Analysis and a MS in Therapeutic Yoga. She has also earned certificates in several other mind-body modalities.
