Harmonize body, mind and spirit as you build strength, flexibility and balance. In this gentle yoga class you’ll learn the pain-free way to tone your core, improve your posture and manage stress. **NOTE: Please bring a beach towel to class - yoga mats are available or students may bring their own. **Drop-ins are available for this class. All drop-in rates are the same for non- members and members. Drop-in students must pre-register online or on campus at the Bay View Box Office.
Chris Howell is a Registered Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500, and YogAlign Instructor and has earned a certificate in Teaching Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors from Duke University’s Integrative Health Center.
