Class: Chair Yoga for EVERY Body

The support of the chair allows students of all fitness levels to find steadiness and ease in this gentle yoga class. The class will focus on poses and breathing methods that help to manage stress, maintain and improve balance, and increase range of motion and good posture. Seated and standing postures will be offered, but the entire class can be done while remaining seated if you wish.
Chris Howell is a Registered Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500, and YogAlign Instructor and has earned a certificate in Teaching Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors from Duke University’s Integrative Health Center.
