Great Decisions highlights eight of the foreign affairs challenges facing Americans each year. Great Decisions discussions give us the opportunity to engage with those challenges in a forum for non-partisan and non-political debate. A briefing book provides background information for each issue and serves as the local text for discussion groups.\nDick Kelbaugh has been active in Great Decisions for seven years and has facilitated Great Decisions programs in Tucson, AZ and Bay View since 2011. He currently serves as President of the Tucson Great Decisions Association.\n
