The Bay View Sailing program offers multi-level courses designed to take students from beginner (ages 9+ and have passed level 3 swimming or equivalent) to experienced sailor. This program follows the U.S. Sailing Instructor curriculum and has at least one U.S. Sailing Certified instructor on staff to lead and direct the program. Various group sessions as well as individual private lessons are offered.
Our fleet of boats include Sunfish, Lido, and Harpoon. All sailors will experience and receive instruction at various levels on each of these boats.
We host our own regatta races of Sunfish and Lidos every Saturday afternoon. Buoy rentals are available for private member sailboats up to 24 feet. We also provide a shuttle service via powerboat and a small workshop in our sail house for minor repairs and equipment storage.
Bay-watch is provided from noon – 7:00 p.m., Monday – Saturday and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Sunday.
