Purchasing Tickets Online
Patrons can buy tickets online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at http://bayviewfestival.tix.com.
Tickets are available for the Revue, Musical, Opera, John M. Hall
Vespers Concerts, Festival Concerts, Crouse Visiting Artists Concerts
and some “On the Rocks” events. After making an online ticket purchase,
buyers may opt to have tickets mailed to them, or pick them up at the
Bay View Box Office. A credit card must be used to purchase tickets
online. There will be a service charge of $1.50 per ticket ($1.25 for
Vesper tickets) when purchasing online, plus a $3 shipping and handling
charge if tickets are mailed. For a series, the service charge is $1.50
plus 25 cents per ticket.
Telephone OrdersOrders
can be placed by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by
calling 1-800-595-4849. A credit card is required for phone orders. You
may pick up your tickets at the Bay View Box Office or have them
mailed. There is a service charge of $3.50 per ticket when ordering by
phone, plus a $3 shipping and handling charge if tickets are mailed.
For a series, the service charge is $3.50 plus 25 cents per ticket.
Bay View Box OfficeThere
is no service charge on tickets purchased from the Bay View Box Office.
Individuals can purchase tickets in person or by mail using an order
form you can download here. Patrons who mail in orders can pick up
tickets at the box office or have them mailed. There is a $3 shipping
and handling charge if tickets are mailed. The box office is located on
the campus side of John M. Hall Auditorium. It opens for the season
Monday, June 16. Hours are 9:30 a.m.-noon Monday through Saturday, and
one hour before performances at the performance venue. When purchasing
in person you may pay by cash, check or credit card; when purchasing by
mail, you may pay by check or credit card. The box office has tickets
for the Revue, Musical, Opera, Vesper Concerts, Festival Concerts,
Crouse Visiting Artists Concerts and some “On the Rocks” events.
Advance Vesper PurchasesVesper
tickets purchased in advance (not on the day of the performance) at the
box office are $8; otherwise admission at the door is $10. As a
convenience when the box office is closed, Vesper tickets also may be
purchased in advance at the Bay View Business Office (8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Monday-Friday) for $8 plus a $1.25 per ticket service charge.
Barrier Free AccessJohn
M. Hall Auditorium has barrier-free access including wheelchair
locations and restrooms. Please note special needs with your order.
Tickets are subject to availability. Be sure to order tickets and make
special requests as far in advance as possible.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
