Purchasing Tickets Online
You can buy tickets online anytime beginning May 1 at http://bayviewfestival.tix.com.
Tickets are available for the Revue, Musical, Opera, John M. Hall
Vespers Concerts, Festival Concerts and some other events. After making an online ticket purchase, you may opt to have tickets mailed to you, or pick them up at the
Bay View Box Office. A credit card must be used to purchase tickets
online. There will be a service charge of $1.50 per ticket when purchasing online, plus a $3 per order shipping and handling
charge if tickets are mailed. For a series, the service charge is $1.50
plus 25 cents per ticket.
Telephone Orders
Orders
can be placed anytime by
calling 1-800-595-4849. A credit card is required for phone orders. You
may pick up your tickets at the Bay View Box Office or have them
mailed. There is a service charge of $3.50 per ticket when ordering by
phone, plus a $3 per order shipping and handling charge if tickets are mailed.
For a series, the service charge is $3.50 plus 25 cents per ticket.
Bay View Box Office
There
is no service charge on tickets purchased from the Bay View Box Office. You can purchase tickets in person or by mail using an order
form you can download here. Mail orders can be picked up at the box office or mailed to you. There is a $3 per order shipping
and handling charge if tickets are mailed. The box office is located on
the campus side of John M. Hall Auditorium. It opens for the season Saturday, June 12. Hours are 9:30 a.m.-noon Monday through Saturday, and
one hour before performances at the performance venue. When purchasing
in person you may pay by cash, check or credit card; when purchasing by
mail, you may pay by check or credit card. The box office has tickets
for the Revue, Musical, Opera, Vesper Concerts, Festival Concerts and some other events.
Advance Vespers and Festival Concert Purchases
Vespers and Festival Concert
tickets purchased in advance (not on the day of the performance) at the
box office are $10; otherwise admission at the door is $12.
Barrier Free Access
John
M. Hall Auditorium has barrier-free access including wheelchair
locations and restrooms. Please note special needs with your order.
Tickets are subject to availability. Be sure to order tickets and make
special requests as far in advance as possible.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
