Locator Map
Bay View is located in the northwest corner of Michigan's Lower Peninsula just outside Petoskey. From the north, follow U.S. 31 south; from the south, follow U.S. 131 to Petoskey, then take U.S. 31 north through Petoskey to Bay View.

Association Grounds
The Bay View Association grounds are home to 30 public buildings, two inns and nearly 450 Victorian-style cottages.

Bay View Woods
The Bay View Board of Trustees decided in 1880 to reserve an area as a "natural park." Since that time, the woods have become an integral part of the Bay View experience.
