Perhaps you are new to the association and are interested in becoming a part of Bay View’s rich history. Bay View is a special place where you can experience and share with friends and family for generations to come.

Becoming a member of Bay View is a step-by-step process that we explain in detail both on our website and in our membership packet, which can be sent to you via mail in it's entirety. The Association By-Laws direct that Bay View be managed by a board of nine trustees and those persons appointed by the board to carry out the day-to-day functions of the Association. Trustees are leaseholding members who are elected to three-year terms at the Association's Annual Meeting. A majority of trustees must be members of the United Methodist Church. Bay View members abide by a set of Rules and By-laws.

Many of the common questions we receive about becoming a member are answered both in our membership packet and here on our website. As always, feel free to contact us with any other questions you may have.
