The Bay View Association is located just north of Petoskey, Michigan, overlooking beautiful Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan. Bay View is a seasonal community with residence limited to May through October. Many current cottage owners represent the third and forth generations of their families. Bay View is a National Historic Landmark community which is home to more than 30 community-owned buildings, nearly 450 Victorian-style cottages and two inns.
